Yes, it sounds weird but I agree that there are Brits who wouldn't pass very well as White Americans, like for example The Rolling Stones:

I can't imagine Keith Richards or Mick Jagger being Americans although they are Brits.

The typical 'white American' is pasty, blue-eyed and has standard British-German features. Not many Iberians and Italian fit that description, with the exception of North Italy.

I think Spaniards could pass very well among Whites in Northeastern USA (New York, Rhode Island and Massachusetts) since they have a lot of Southern European types. Probably also in Florida, California and Texas. There are parts in the US that have a lot of White Hispanics/Latinos, you know.

As for Italians, the Northeast of course.
