I've observed for years (living in the hotbed for Hispanics) that Cubans are much more racially segregated so I would say that you have a concentration of high percentage SSA within a small segment of he population (unmixed) just as you have with Euorpean Cuban whites. But overall I would guess there is less general SSA in Cuba. In Puerto Rico on the on the other hand high level racial mixing seemed to yield a greater percentage of the population with SSA admixture. I do believe that pure Euro Puerto Ricans (I met one years ago) are a fading group. Be curious as to the percentage of pure Europeans in Puerto Rico.
