Did they change them to ancient Greek toponyms ? A few of them yes but the majority of them settlements and areas didn't exist in the early 1000s leave alone BC era.

Albanians simply claim to be the oldes ethnicity in the Balkan peninsular because of their paleolithic DNA

They claim to be pure because of their inbreeding
The Talmud tells us that the only language the Torah could be translated into elegantly is Greek.

Clear thinking have been confused long time ago by their atavistic clanish sense of pride and their
wet dreams of invading Greece the Land of Milk and Honey for Albanians

That can't be coincidence or can it?
Serb nobles settled there during reign of Dusan. Serbian/Slavic surnames in that area too. (also in Epirus). People do not realize that much or most of Slavic remnants of Greece is not from ancient Slavonic migrations, but many movements and mingling with Slav and non-Slav peoples (Vlachs, Albanians).

You're wrong, they were directly from central and eastern Europe

Native pre-slavs in the countries you refer couldn't yet assimilated into Slavic populations

I am not really clear what you are talking about. The Proto-Slavs did settle Greece from Central-East Europe in the 6-8th Centuries. However, the Serbs also conquered large parts of Greece in the late middle ages. Serb names are present even today in North Greece. (and down into the Peloponnese even)

Early medieval serb conquests are a different case, as they didn't result permanent settlements, in contrast to proto-slavs who were permanently settled and assimilated here

Serb settlements were not any less permanent that Venetian ones. Their cultural influence is similar as well, at least in the North.
