without pictures its hard to say Bobby, I say fat and overweight maybe pushing towards obese, even a man at 5'11 and 95kg would be fucking huge if it was muscle. This man is same weight as you and 1.88cm and he is a swimmer

210lbs = 15 stone.

You also have to take into consideration how much of that weight consists of lean muscle mass - especially when you're a bloke - because my boyfriend is 5'10" and 16 stone (which is about twice my weight) but I don't see any flab on him at all though - he has very large and hard solid muscles on his biceps from years of lifting weights and from taking lots of very long and fast walks regularly, etc.

Your not really really fat but unless you are a heavily muscled body builder at 95 kg you are overweight for your age.
Im around your height and when I was 20yo i weighed around 70kg.
Most men put weight in their 30's and 40's if they dont eat well because the body's metabolism slows down.
But to be 95kg at 20yo means you eat too much and dont get enough physical activity.
