Why? Macedonia wouldn't exist if the central Powers won. You'd be Bulgarian instead then. You became part of the kingdom of Yugoslavia then Tito gave you a Republic after WW2.

Macedonia didn’t exist after the Allies won. We only got harsh Serbian rule and forced Serbianisation policies after WW1. WW2 is another story.

Central Powers because I like the German Empire and the Entente victory had a pretty terrible aftermath in real life. America should not have gotten involved on either side. We had nothing to gain either way.
