Which Europeans look closer to Sicily, to Britain, and to Russia?

Sicilians are Italians. You are always portraying them as very different and very exotic.

They're the southernmost extent of what is European but oddly enough Calabria on the mainland is actually darker.

Saying that Romanians look closer to Sicilians is a big stretch. There's definitely a presence of Med types in parts of the South, however they don't make the majority of the population like some would think.

Not sure but if Romania isn't closer to Sicily then Iberia definitely isn't since Sicilians are closer related to Romanians than to Spanish.

I don't understand why some of you think that closely related groups which are very similar in terms of eye/hair color distribution like Serbs, Bulgarians, Croats, Romanians and people of Bosnia can be divided so easily, especially between so contrasting regions like Sicily and Russia.
I really don't think that Balkan people come close to any of these.
People of former Yugoslav republics are very close to Bulgarians and Romanians. Saying some fit better in Russia and others in Sicily is as inaccurate and utterly wrong as saying that Spaniards are more similar to Swedes and Portuguese to Moroccans, to point how ridiculous such claim is.

Russia: Finland, Baltic States, Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia

Britain: Scandinavia (excluding Finland), Benelux, Germany, France, and Ireland.

Austria, Switzerland, and Slovenia I'm not so sure
