If Germany and France had a war, who would you support.

Modern France and Germany, can't say I care either way.

Historically tough call. I have more German ancestry, indeed my mother's surname is of Rhenish German origin. Yet I am also a Celtophile and many French descend from the ancient Gauls who are a kin people to my own paternal ancestors, namely the ancient Britons. I am not a Christian but I support Catholicism over Protestantism any day, so yet another point in favor of France. But the French are also responsible for the ideals and values of the French Revolution which I see as negative, so a point for Germany.

I suppose its a tie.

Germany, but the reality is, if the Germans started anything, they would be wiped out in 48 hours. The Allies put superior firepower, choke-points, and German disarmament in place after WWII to make sure the Germans were severely weakened militarily. Even Poland could defeat Germany handily.

Personally, Germany because I am part-ethnic German from my father, who was born and immigrated from there. And I have deep German roots in the Schwaben region, with a long line of ancestors who fought for the Fatherland in various wars. However, I would say that fratricidal wars among and between Europeans should be a thing of the past, and both countries should start looking out for their own common national interests rather than being the PC, multicultural, social engineering laboratories that they (and other European/White nations) have become.
