I don't think any Western woman was. This question was more about Islamic women in the west who say shit like "I'm American" or "I'm French", but they still dress in traditional MENA clothes.

Muslims moving to the USA are not the same as the Muslims moving to Europe. In America they're usually educated and of a higher class, just visit your local hospital and see how many doctors are middle eastern (or Indian). Does that mean I'd want them around ? fuck no. Not really, it's just that we live with the times. It's normal to have Ottoman influence when half of your history can be summed up by "Ottoman Empire", if anything we aren't that much Ottoman influenced as we kept our language, for example while Nations such as Uyghurs have for the most part lost their language and now speak Russian and many nations who now speak French have had their language replaced, our language and often regional dialects have been preserved.
