you can pass everywhere but if you are asking for a more particular area who are close to you then in northern and central-western mexico
in some areas of Veracruz youd pass even as typical, same in Tabasco, Campeche, Yucatan and Quintana Roo
while not so much in southwestern mexico

I know but there are more typical places. me, myself, I would stand out in Northern and Northeast Brazil, i pass in my region and central-south better

In these festivals you can notice that Mexicans are diverse in phenotypes. You can also see Spanish/Caucasoid looking ones, but Mexicans don't associate Med looking Latinos with Europe.

depends, on the northeastern side, youd probably pass for white because its very diverse white population that even includes med europeans
on the southwest, you can pass for mexican/latino, same in places like Florida
