Not true. In the last PISA Test, Spain was above Czechia 9 points in Reading, same in Science and 6 points below in Maths.

And this shit happens because the fuckin Andalusians and Canarians are total retards. Regions like Castilla y León, Navarra or Madrid are in the same level or even above than the first countries in the list let alone Czechia.

Forgot to take into account Andalusians. However CzR has a high percentage of Gypsies. 'So does Spain' you might tell me? Yes, but CzR also has hohols flooding in en masse. They drag down the level severely.
