Why are the Polish so hated in the UK?

Hello everyone I just wanted to understand why some of the polish immigrants or some of the Eastern Europeans have a bad rep in the UK. If the conservatives from England or UK are against third world immigration then shouldn’t they see it as positive thing that they are getting euro immigrants? They might not be Anglos but they are euros nonetheless. Please no trolling. Discuss.

My theory is Eastern Europeans are easier target for language or other reasons,

I’ve noticed white English people are very open racists when it comes to Eastern Europeans.

Yep. It's not considered politically incorrect to hate on other European.

That and also the idea Poles are still culturally a bit alien. I mean Poles are known to be more rambunctious and rough around the edges. They let you know that they like you or not from the get-go without any pretence. This is often seen as intimidating to the Westerner.

I noticed this when I did summer work in a company with 50% Poles. Many Flemish dropped out from the stress of the Poles being very rude and direct. I didn't mind myself. Some Poles were jovial, other less. And one was a total sourpuss who was disliked by the other Poles. Funnily, the only person he was friendly to was a Flemish woman. lol

In Germany eastern Europeans also get consindered low class, but the hate is only very big at the border region.

There's a sizeable Polish prison population in the UK, if I'm not mistaken they are the largest foreign-born prisoner population in Britain. Many are low class economic migrants and they tend to have a gopnik/chav demeanour, often take advantage of the retarded welfare/benefit system we have.

Now, the Poles make up the largest EU/non-UK population in Britian, and if you take into account how many of them there are, about 900,000, then they're not as bad as they may be made out to be. Another thing, since they're white Europeans, there's no risk of being labelled a racist if you criticise them.
