Already seen. And not from the province that I ask (Cosenza). Unfortunately this province is under-studied an under-sampled (people from there don't seem to know genetical tests).

can you tell Cosenzans by name and surname? check the matches of that one Cosenzan, some of them should be Cosenzan too.

The problem is the localisation. Mostly.

here you can click on "Data" next to each study and then click the ".fam" files for sample lists

here you can check the "1240K+HO" ".anno" file, open it in notepad for a list if samples

you can check if those Caucasus and Uzbekistan samples are available some of those studies.
Looks like that study is not included in the database.

This is what I was told on Anthrogenica by Coldmountains (Arhat on TA). He didn't write this himself
You can with the right tools. It takes some time depending on file size and your CPU power.

First download the programs below from here: http://www.y-str.org/p/tools-utilities.html
-SRA / FASTQ to BAM Kit
    -BAM Analysis Kit

Then download 3DRIF-23's FASTQ genome file from here: ftp://ftp.sra.ebi.ac.uk/vol1/ERA516/...23-59.f.slx.gz
    Unzip.

Then convert the fastq file with "SRA / FASTQ to BAM Kit" tool to .bam format, then convert the .bam file with "BAM Analysis Kit" to FTDNA format. If you still have problems with GEDmatch you can try converting it to 23andMe format with "Autosomal DNA Converter (Windows)" that you can find on the same website. Uploading FTDNA format file to DNAland and then downloading the raw data from there also does the trick.
Looks a bit too complicated. Maybe that's the reason why people like Peterski and Lukasz don't wanna do that for me. And no one else seems to fucking care about the groups I've been trying to get my hands on for weeks. What a fucking pity!

btw that's the link for the 3DRIF-23 sample. you need the link for that specific paper for those samples you want.

I don't have access to the data. Peterski has access to a lot of stuff, yet he can't just do it for the community, he wants me to send him something in return. Lol. All I have is some private individuals, I'm mainly (not exclusively) focused on East Slavs and former Soviet Union peoples.

The great GEDmatch database has been effectively sold out and destroyed by its old and new owners. Now all accounts whose owners haven't agreed to the new terms of service are blocked and will be irrevocably deleted in 12 months unless the owners log in and accept the TOS. What a shame. No one expected GM to go down so quickly.

it's just for kits from the EU it seems, still that's probably more than half of my collection
