Anyone sick of this word " Autistic " being used?

However how someone sees a autistic behavior is based on every individuals perceptions and opinions.

I can proudly say I've never used this word to describe someone.

Most autistic people might have some differences in the way they think, but they are suffering a real condition and I've always thought it was amazing how they carry on with their lives. The people who are called that are a different story. They tend to be real worthless douchebags and it's unfair to put those suffering from autism in the same basket with these guys. The douchebags don't deserve to be mentioned in the same line.

Never called anyone autistic or retarded. I've heard it used as a slur back when I was in school, but only once or twice.

I never said I wasn't. Everyone here is, to varying degrees. Starting with yourself. If we were to describe what do we do here (talking about skull shapes, swarthiness etc) on this forum to regular people (non-anthronerds), people would look at us like we're special kind of autists.
