...and ohlala, dozens of blacks, dozens and dozens of Asians (Asians, type Chinese and so, no typical Ukrainian Mongols), and tons and tons of Gypsy/brown/something weird people...

You should not trust of statistics. When I visited Brasov in Romania I searched about how many Gypsies I could find there and looked this in wikipedia. According wikipedia only o,26% of the population of Brasov was Gypsy https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bra%C8%99ov#Demografía
