Nope the Aztecs and Mayans had great civilizations but Aztecs got extinct in the 16th century but there's still Mayans in Southern Mexico Yucatan peninsula those people barely use modern life medicine they have their own medicine receipts from PLANTS.

The OP is referring specifically to Australian Aborigines as far as I’m concerned. Only direct Meshika (Aztec) descendants may be extinct but there are indigenous Mexicans who adopted the identity and cultural elements from the Meshika, like the danzas.

The OP certainly has some nerve to consider Aborigines “uncivilized” when I certainly wouldn’t consider Western society any better than the rest.
