Are you really Italian? You Don t look Italian. You look indeed Indian or Pakistani.

If you live in Italy and you are not American you maybe was adopted or you have gypsy origin perhaps.

i am italian, born to italian parents, no i was not adopted. i look exactly like my mum, same face traits, same hair, same eye shape, same nose

im not italian american, i’m italian and currently living in italy.
my dad is from Naples, Salerno (Campania) and Lecce (Apulia ) and my mum is from Naples, Sicily and Tuscany

no, my maternal cousin (she’s argentinian, emigrated there with her family) did a dna test and has got more than 40% middle east&north africa
