Well, Vietnamese generally are shorter and smaller than most other East Asians. The gap is really huge when you compare Vietnam to Northern China in terms of height. Also, Vietnamese like Southern Chinese tend to have lower nose bridges and rounder faces, so that may contribute to their youthful appearance. Although there are exceptions.
