    Default Is this a good workout?

    Tell me if this is a good workout or not? 30 minutes on the treadmill, 4% incline, heart rate 150s for about half of it (my resting HR is around 63), not sure how many calories burned. Then I did arm machines.

    I couldn't go outside due to rain, and I don't know what's typical for a gym workout.

    Thank you. I eat pretty clean, but yesterday I had a lot of chocolate, so I really felt like I had to burn off some cholesterol.

    I keep my caloric intake to about 1600 calories a day (guessing) but I want to lose more weight so it needs to be less.

    Well, the amount of calories needed per day is proportional to your actual height, metabolism and weight.You can eat healthy foods during the week, and weekend eat something good.
