I pretty much agree with what you said there.

The northern (and westernmost) Brazilian states have a similar phenotype to Bolivia. The state of Bahia also has a similar phenotype to DR, I think.

Mexico is more Euro than that. Only the red parts of Southern Mexico resembles Ecuador Peru Bolivia etc

Chilean middle and upper classes definitely are whiter than their Paraguayan counterparts, even if the working classes in the two countries are perhaps more similar.

i have the impresssion that paraguayans are homogeneous and 60% euro while chileans are heterogeneous and 55% euro, but thats my opinion.
