Phenotypical differences between Irish and British/English?

Honestly I can't tell them apart, they look the same to me, but when I read anthroforums I realize some people can see difference between the two
For example in one thread I read Wayne Rooney looks Irish rather than English(and he's of Irish ancestry mostly)

I’m my life experience I think the Irish have darker hair, lighter skin and more freckles, a rounder face sometimes, shorter stature, wider nose. And they always seem to have really sharp canine teeth!

With the British I think more of thinner facial features,, slightly lighter hair, a little taller

Imo irish tend to be more red head, more dark hair and less blonde. Both have close percentages of dark eyes.

Americans who actually look English are Trent Reznor(Gracile Med-Atlantid), Katy Perry, Anne Hathaway, Edward Norton(Keltic Nordid)
