Well not sure as i don't know how Baklava from other Balkan countries compare to Greek

I know Greek,Turkish and Middle Eastern(Lebanese) Baklava so far

The Greek one is more rustic i would say but still good

Same in Bosnia/Serbia they use walnuts and honey. My neighbours are bosnians and they make me baklava sometimes so I vote for bosnian.

I don't know about baklava, but Albanians are always hailed as the best cooks in the balkans. I even see Serbs praising Albanian cooking, especially cake and ice cream.
