Screw all this political correctness : women suck at STEM for biological genetic reasons. Men tend be visuo-spatial-logically-math-science superior due to our hunter past.

Trade unions have historically been known for keeping Blacks and Mexicans out. They are very dominated by Irish and Italian Americans on the East Coast. Unfortunately they tend to be some of the most racist whites in the USA.

If broken down by programmers(for IT) it is mostly White men and South Asian. Innovative IT is also White Men and South Asians.

I saw a story before where a black guy with an IT idea was having a hard time getting investment because no one took him seriously. So a South Asian guy gave him advice of how he was able to become successful. The South Asian guy told the Black guy to hire a White guy to do the pitch and be the face of the idea. The South Asian guy said he did that and was able to get investors and become successful.

That's interesting, almost all the Indianss I know of starting a software app or something IT related don't have any White guys pitching their ideas to the investors. But for a Black I would agree, it would be a good idea.
