N'importe quoi. Historically the french are much less arrogants and racists than british or german. But nowadays it's irrelevant since there are very little differences among peoples and nations especially in western world. They saw same movies, listen same musics, have same liberal values etc.

Add a country called Portugal and that's my list. Reasons for admiring Portugal, "poor" but maintains high living standards and has a low crime rate. Maintains its independent identity from Castile despite being closely related and Castilians being aggressive and swallowing up everyone else and practically destroying most other Iberian cultures. Decriminalized drugs. No mass migration. Still religious despite everyone else in Western Europe turning its back on God. Also, it pays for the education of its most intelligent students, which is the smart way to go about it.
Edit: Also Hungary and Poland for pushing back against globalization.
