In Italy nobody calls Malay "food" cuisine...and also our eternal "students" ( French ) will never call Malay food cuisine.. Cuisine deserves respect.. and not confusion...or fusion...

Yes I have! Unfortunately Houston doesn’t have a huge Polish population but when I went to Colorado they did and the food was wonderful.Spanish, French, Thai.
