Default If a man has the same haplogroup as his maternal grandfather, is he inbred?

Because technically he shares a distant paternal ancestor with his mother, which makes him technically inbred.

Or is it too distant of a relation?

likely too distant, for example I am V13 Z5018. If my maternal grandfather was V13 Z5017 the connection would be approx 4K years ago.

I am not a man, but both my parents come from men with I2-dinaric haplogroup (diferent subclade though)

And I am not inbred on DNA test...

My paternal grandfather (who was I1 like me)'s maternal grandfather was also I1.

My maternal grandfather is E1b1b, and my mom's maternal grandfather was J2a1b.

I don't know what my father's maternal grandfather was. He was Irish, from Connaught.

I1 is too broad you would need to now the exact subclades. but it's likely too distant.

Possible R1b L21 since it is dominant among Irish.

I hope I'm not descended from R1b, to be honest.
