Maybe it has a Celtic connection but this is autosomal DNA , so mine is a little higher due to my Mother's British side.
You will see in a full Brit it will be higher than mine , I think in the 40"s up.

only British from my Mothers side , if you have seen my DNA results you would know Im not full Brit , look at my K13 above I have more Baltic than you, possibly my East Euro score is similiar to yours, what do you score East Euro in K15 ?
My Y Hap probably came through Germanic expansion, but really who knows I have seen people with my Y hg from Russia to Middle East ...its amazing how far and wide Y HG's have spread.

It is highly unlikely... I am not biased against that belief but I personally don't believe that.

The major reason for that is an identical haplogroup with Germanic peoples whom Romans denounced, also
Greek Bibliotheica claims that Celts and Illyrians are the same people descended from two brothers Illyrius and Celtus.

Now imagine two brothers sharing the same haplogroup it would be reasonable that both Illyrians (who were branch of Celts) share the same
haplogroup with Gauls and other Celts.

You have Western Balkan people (homeplace of Illyria) who are I2, J2, E1b predominantly.

On the other hand we have Gaul, Britain, Spain and Northern Italy that is swarmed by "Barbarian Invasions" who according to some
ancient writers "Butchered and murdered" everything in their path.

Also if we understand that I2 was ancestral haplogroup of Gaul, Britain, Spain and Northern Italy... it is safe to conclude that I2 Haplogrup is Celtic
while R1 is Germanic and Slavic that got massively multiplied in the last 1000+ years.

This is my belief and it has a valid points.
