I understand the effects of tourism, but I am unwilling to put every single tourist in the same basket or paint a broad "barbarians" brush.

I think some people in this thread should just get their head out of their ass and realise that dealing in absolutes is no solution.

The lower class tourists should be employed as seasonal Olive Pickers.

Greece is owned by Germany now - what bloody economy? They forced Greece to sell all its airports to Germans at the lowest bid to appease scumballs. Greece can do better than this - it actually performed vastly better as an insulated economy. This liberal economy is not good for my home country it does not suit and pray something is done.
