I need help regaining access to account

My account on TA is "cosmoo".
Approximately a month ago, I changed my e-mail and password. After some time, it seemed I've forgotten my password (I entered the one which I remember I have changed to, but to no avail). I tried resetting it, but I can not receive the password reset link, and I've figured out the problem lies in the e-mail provider I changed my e-mail address to, protonmail.ch . Apparently it has problem with receiving links from plethora of sites, vBulletin boards included.
Can any of the admins try to manually send me a password reset link, or is there anything that can be done regarding regaining access to profile? I've sent request to theapricity@gmail.com, and I asked one member of TA to contact one of admins regarding it, but I never got contacted in return. Please contact me via PM.

I sent an e-mail to theapricity@gmail.com from address to which my main profile is allocated, sent a rep comment to Loki to check it out, one TA member sent a PM to Kazimiera regarding it, but it is all of no avail, no responses whatsoever. I guess I'm permanently locked out of my main account.

P.S. Account or technical related queries should be posted in the Helpdesk & Suggestions forum, they are likely to get solved quicker as admins check that one regularly, while the Lounge is more suited for chit-chat, and pretty busy in comparison.
