Djibuti is Horn African, not North African (correction for article). I didn't know China had a military base there. China is also boosting presence in old Frog colonies in West Africa.
China is friendly but should it change her politics, the Frogs have no chance to stand. They must beg US assistance.

they haven't forgotten how british/france humiliated them in the opium wars.. their target is atleast* 4 aircraft carriers.. their target is to pushed USA out of asia, when U.S declines.. they are just waiting for it to happen.. they are not going to change.. its their 100+ year plan.. after that.. their true colors will show...

as for the African military base.... thats just the beginning.. they are also building base surrounding india.
