Is your Arm and Leg hair lighter than your hair colour?

Yes, light brown hair and (maybe) blonde in my arms and legs. It's definitely clearer, but since i'm colorblind i can't be 100% sure

Can you replace balding hair with butt hair without anyone noticing?
Even though they are slightly different in texture and colour.

Below the knee its almost black but arms and above the knee look greyish - hard to tell because the hairs are thin but I guess dark ash brown but my hair is medium ash brown

There's a clinic in Turkey and other in Mexico which does exactly this, and what I've heard the results have been excellent. Famous clients include Tom Cruise, Leo DiCaprio and Ed Sheeran.
