Classify this Native American actor

Wes Studi. Only spoke the Cherokee language until he was 5, and taught it professionally before becoming an actor.

He has like scars on his face. Why is that? I don't think he is pure native american, as his nose is too narrow.

Where exactly do you learn to classify non-Europids? I've learned to classify Europeans on the Nordish gallery, and by browsing the anthropological taxonomy sections on here, and on Skadi. As I stand here today, I am unable to classify Wes as anything other than redskin, but I'm actually interested in the sub-races, of say, Mongoloids or Australoids. Where can I learn to classify them?

Sylvid with probably an Atlanto-Nordid influence but I don't want to say they can't have narrower features.

Oh, just put all combinations in a jutesack and shake it. Then just pull something from your arse and you have a good classification going on.
