except Moldova region which has its own cluster with the Rep. of Moldova, closer to eastcentral Europeans than to Romanians from the rest of the country - this is supported by the Moldovan results in GedMATCH - see the table on each test there and confirmed by the results of the Moldovans that shared their results here on TA. Greater Moldova was the last region colonized by Balkan Vlachs and large parts of it were Ukrainian (Rusyn and Hutsul), Polish (Goral) and Hungarian (Csango) villages until recently, and many survived up to today. all these minorities melted into the Romanian pool in the last half century with going to the city to work in factories and such. so Moldova is lighter but Romania overall fits your description. from my experience the biggest percentage of dark skin and eyes are in Dobrudja (southeast), Banat (southwest), Oltenia (south) and southern Transylvania (centre). lightest regions are Bucovina, Maramureș and Moldova.
also, enough Romanians could look striking for other Europeans because of the many influences in the region, for example you can have Finnish looking ones next to Iranian looking ones or even Central Asian looking ones, British looking or Turkish looking.
also, the Roma community is growing fast and they also mix a lot with Romanians in the cities - actually the Romani are more of a social class now than a different ethnic group

Blue eyes are not uncommon, more than a third of people have it. Blond hair a little more rare, maybe around 15-20%. But I notice different people have different standard for what makes truly blond hair.
BS, quit trying to make the lines between the gypsies and the native people blurry. Now you are just giving more ammunition to the people who call us that as an insult. You are trying to mess with everything huh? You are pro gay too I see.. what else!
Also the things you mentioned are the extremes, quite rarely do people look Iranian, Finnish, Central Asian, Turkish, etc. They usually have had some kind of foreign input at some point if they are like that. It is just a matter of where you draw the line. Many assimilated Tatars and some Middle Eastern or Roma. But yes sometimes it does happen by accident. I agree we do have plenty diversity
And another thing... how can you look Indian in summer when you are a Rusnak? Even naturally more olive people do not get quite like that.
