I have never seen (in real) that kind of variation in Sweden. Not in Finland either. All looks more alike same. Same might tan bit better than some others but as people are basically not tanned that means nothing! And how they look is the thing which means to me. Not any theoretical/hided capacity to tan. Opposite I'm pretty good to note foreigners, incl. other Europeans. Also those more southern who should have similar skin tones/types. Weird.
