I've found an interesting Mexican guy. He looks quite European to me despite being around 30% non-Caucasoid.
69.1% European
24.7% East Asian & Native American
1.9% Western Asian & North African
1.4% Sub-Saharan African
2.9% unassigned

Cool results, they score so high North Italian and there is one person that scored even greeks before iberians! Mexico's caucasian admixture always shows peculiar traits and thats not because of recent immigration like the situation of Argentina.

Not always the case, remember, there were many Italians who came with the Spanish to colonize Mexico
Northeastern Mexicans have colonial Italian ancestry from those Italian settlers
In most cases, yes it comes from the Jewish ancestry
in other cases, it is actual Italian heritage
there were also Greeks in colonial Mexico as well

because Mexico had the most diverse colonial population unlike other Latin Americans which consisted of 99% Iberians
in Mexico, the Spanish had brought with them Greeks, Italians, Portuguese, French to colonize Mexico
Colonial Mexico was the most diverse nation in the world
it had a diverse European population, it had an Asian population, an African population, there were Jews and even Romani
