Oddie's Historical Feature - Narrated version of previously 'silent' video from 2016 Welcome to another 'Oddie's Historical Feature'! As well as looking at strange people through history, I'll be also presenting strange but true events that leave many questions unanswered. In memory of Evelyn McHale 1923 - 1947 Evelyn was just 23 when rode the elevator to the 86th floor of the Empire State Building....and ended her life. From the numerous sightings reported, it appears her ghost is still replaying her tragic jump to this day. There's not much more to add here - just that I like to think that this haunting is just like an echo or recording, and that Evelyn's soul has moved on.
