4. Latins (Portuguese, Spain, France, Italy, Romania)

I'd place Austra, Switserland (except the Italian part), Southern Germany and most of France except the most northern parts in one grouping. For Southern Europe I'd only use those once you mentioned + the Balkans and perhaps parts of Southern France. Balkanites are darker on average than the French for obvious reasons.

How about not being a superficial autistic neo-nazi anthrotard ? How about we measure nations based on what actually matters e.g. achievements in the arts and sciences. Now this chart was made by an Anglo-American so it might be somewhat biased toward the British so I would interpret it liberally but the point is French and Britain have the most achievments :
