This is my first ever comment in youtube. First of all, I’m sorry to hear what happened to you. I had the same experienced. Me and my friend, traveled to India for charity event sponsored by japan government, but me and one of my friend decided to stay longer, after some of our members left, the hotel staff also changed. We started to feel uncomfortable. Calling us baby and honey. We also experienced the phone calls. asking us for a date and yes, the moaning. The worst is they gave my personal information also to the guy who followed us from the street to our hotel. he started calling me on my personal number and when I stop answering him he came to our hotel and keep knocking. I opened it once when I heard a voice of a old woman. to my surprised it is his mother and asking me if I can marry his son. Without saying anything I shut the door. As far as I remember, they stay there for 6 hours they keep begging us to open the door. My friend is helpless and crying all day. We tried to sneak out. When we didn’t hear anything out side the door we run to the lobby as fast as we can. We just bring our wallets, passport and ID. We go the police station and ask for assistant. They asked us a money. It was like 100,000 Japanese yen. We thought we going to be safe when we arrived to police station but we didn’t. It was a huge mistake. Some of the police officers also asking our personal info and calling us babe or honey. We gave them money but they didn’t do anything we just sitting there for almost 8 hours and when we asked them they said they will send us back to the hotel at night and stay in our door while we in that hotel. We felt that they also planning something that’s why we asked that we going outside to eat but they didn’t let us to go outside. Then I received a call from my mom, and told her what happened. After 3 hours the personnel from Japan embassy came with police escort. They the one who helped us to file an report to the hotel staff and the police who asked us for money. On the same day we flight back to Japan. We don’t care anymore what happened. Until now my friend doesn’t want to travel outside Japan and it took me a year to travel alone after what happened. We also experienced smelling our hair and say dirty words while we are walking outside. It’s really scary experienced. So, what I’m doing every time I’m going to travel and if I felt something wrong I only call to Japan embassy. They the only one I can trust when I’m outside Japan.
