Why are my legs lighter than the rest of my skin ?

Assuming i live in the south of France and don't often go out, why would my legs be lighter than the rest of my body ? Like my arms are kinda yellowish while my legs "are white ?'

You could prob tell pretty easily if someone is white based on their penis color. From my understand even light skin black people have really dark dicks not sure how true this is.

But I think that the little time that your arms are exposed to the sun and your legs are not adds up, creating a difference in skin color.
