    Depends upon the religion & ethnicity here . And as I notice atleast among the religion & ethnicity (& jāti/biradri) I belong , upon the timeframe too . Like names that were in in 1950s-60s were largely out in 80s-90s . And names that were in in 80s-90s seem to be phasing out since past decade or so . Though because of this trend , my surmises regarding looks of a PK just by hearing the name turn out correct more often than not for some reason .

    Some common male & female names in 80s-90s gen among them have been Abhishek , Rahul , Vaibhav , Konark , Sahil , Nikhil , Rishabh etc. & Neha , Shruti , Richa , Aditi , Sonia , Akanksha , Pallavi etc respectively .
