The two traditional readings of the four "B"s, Βασιλεὺς βασιλέων βασιλεύων βασιλεύουσιν and Βασιλεὺς βασιλέων βασιλεύοντων βασιλεύει (both meaning "King of Kings ruling over the kings/rulers") were demonstrated by the Greek archaeologist and numismatist Ioannis Svoronos to be later interpretations by Marcus Vulson de la Colombière. ^ Cat, the 4C's did not represent this! It was much more. This Rascian Serb symbol has been around during the Vincan Civilisation, it ties Rascians to the land. Even the Roman law after 510B.C, Roman Military Revolution, when they overthrew the last Rasi-Raseni Etruscan kings, they called the Etruscans the KOLOni, after Kolo of course, their law defined the Etruscans as SLAVES to the land but free Citizens of Rome.
