Fake... sorry. It's all a show, made up to make money. This type of thing is especially common in countries like Nigeria, and the US. But in these cases, it's not real demonic possession, but acting.... I can easily tell the difference. There are many ways... there are things like generational curses, into ghosts/spirits... spiritualism... occult stuff like ouiji boards, etc etc... also some drugs like this dangerous "flakka" stuff. But it could be through other things, especially intense hatred and unforgiveness... unforgiveness and bitterness usually plays a big role.

orginal scary footage from the Exorcism sessions done back then underground out of the spotlight .

And it looks real the possesed man even changes his face seems to shapeshift at some moments to almost Serpent like features.
And this is definetly not a fraud though it might be due to the bad quality of the film but it looks real.

There is a difference between many fake cases and some cases that realy are bizarre and can't be explained so easily

yes I believe they are real. Often it's not recommended you dabble in the Occult and that world, for it's quite evil. Plus these demons/entities are very dangerous and at times they can not be reasoned with. Actually occult/magick is road to hell.
