What about his lips and eyes?
Dude listen.
The first thing you notice when you classify someone is the skull shape and the face.
This guy is kinda brachy with great amount of hyspicrany.
The face is long and leptoprosopic(not robust,or meso) definetly not alpine or Baltid.
The only strange and hard is about his nose.
And that’s why I said maybe some alpine or Baltic influence mostly there.
His nose is not hyperleptorihne and ofc not hooked.
As for your classifation, you are totally wrong.
Balts have robust and mesoprosopic faces.
And second the head shape is roundly.

Nothing Norid about this guy.
He is just a non-harmonical mix of several phenotypes.

Seems Mesocephalic. Though I agree that his overall cranial dimensions could possible overlap with Dinarics/Norids, but his facial features are not Dinaroid at all. There are facially elongated Baltids and Alpinids aswell, like this guy.
Sub-Nordic with Baltoid influence would be a better fit.
Dinaric faces are tapered with relatively wide zygomatics, large sturdy chins and squarer foreheads.
