Most Amerindians are very short, but there are a number of them who are on average considerably tall.


1. Mexico - the shortest Amerindians are those of Mayan heritage and they are on average 5'0" tall, while the tallest Amerindians in Mexico and in Latin America are the Seri, they are on average 6'0" for the males and 5'8" for the females.

2. Peru/Bolivia/Paraguay/Ecuador/Chile - They are on average 5'2" tall

3. Central America - Their Amerindians are on average 5'0" tall

4. Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia = Amazonian tribes are only 4'11" tall, making them the shortest Amerindians in Latin America
