Default In which Irish counties should the people have significant historical English mixture?

My guess, based on y-dna maps showing Germanic y-dna (see here: https://i.imgur.com/ntr8Zyb.jpg) and that we know from the Insular Celtic paper that Ulster and Leinster have the most, it should be...

Leinster: Dublin, Wicklow, Wexford, Kilkenny, Carlow, Kildare, Meath, Louth
Ulster: Antrim, Down, Armagh, Derry, Tyrone

    Do these make sense?

Yes. Dublin was founded by Vikings, and after the Norman invasions, it served as the seat of the Anglo-installed governments.

Not seeing genetic evidence in Cork based on the Insular Celtic paper nor the Irish DNA Atlas paper.
