Don't forget that the Catholic Church rests on 3 legs: Gospel- Autorithy- Traditions

Traditions are important as the Gospel because they represent the evidence of the teachings of the first BISHOPS who knew personally the Apostles..

The Catholic Church can't change magisterium in accordance with society changings..

For example: it is not the Catholic Church that is opposed to gay marriage or abortion....... but the teachings of the Gospels are opposed to gay marriage and abortion..

The true Christian must follow the Gospels and the teachings of the first Bishops who knew personally the Gospel authors..
Saint Luke.. Sain John.. Sain Matthew... Saint Mark.. Saint Paul and Saint Peter - the first Pope in Rome..-

Without autorithy is almost impossible to lead the Church in a proper way.

Jesus knew this very well and that is why He said: you are Peter ('rock'), and upon this rock I will build my church, and all the powers of hell will not conquer it.

I see my brother, am I wrong but doesn't it seem like hell has already conquered the church with Vatican 2 or am I wrong? Thank you for the reply brother.

According to Catholic theology, there are several concepts important to the understanding of infallible, divine revelation: Sacred Scripture, Sacred Tradition, and the Sacred Magisterium (Teaching Authority).

    No Pope can change these..

The teachings of the Pope must be based on, or at least not contradict, Sacred Tradition and Sacred Scripture.

Borgia Pope were questionable before being elected.. but once elected he defended with authority the attempts to change the magisterium.

Catholic Church can't be changed..because it is also based on the teachings of the first Bishops in Antiochia Jerusalem Ephesus.. Rome..Alexandria in Egypt..

Do you know that Egyptians rulers class are the Copti ? They are in comunion with Rome..

Priest marriage has nothing to do with magisterium..

Vatican 2 was in some way a revolution but not a doctrinal revolution..

Ok, I see where you are coming from but from the outside looking in it seems as if the changes of Vatican 2 have led to decline in the faithful of the Catholic church.
It seems so often from what i've seen changes to the Catholic church have been made in the name of progress but have in turn destroyed the faith from the inside leading to more priests and faithful excepting heresies having to do with modernism. Either way, thanks for the reply brother.
