Default Why don't Europeans ever sue their own government?

In the US, practically every single law or regulation passed results in lawsuits from companies and private citizens. You can sue if there were damages, or if they failed to do their duties properly. This seems to be nonexistent in Europe as people just accept whatever the government does.
