Why are there so many gypsies in Eastern Europe?

In Italy gypsies are associated with theft and pickpocketing... In the train stations and main square there are thousand of gypsies childs that love tourists and pickpocketing.. it is no possibile to arrest and put them in prison.. They know this very very well..

In Italy it is almost impossible to put in prison a gypsy who has stolen 50 times in apartments and houses.. They are above the law...

most of supercars are Qataris !!!!!! they are so fancy they always wear branded clothes and Rolex watches im in love with their lifestyle I used to live in Qatar they are very civilised and rich and they are the most respectful ppl.
when ppl think about muslims they think they are poor and under civil wars even though they need to understand that GCC countries is the most beautiful and civilized places in the world especially Qatar and Dubai.
