Istanbul municipality removes shopboards with ''less than 75% non-Turkish'' composition

Constables from Istanbul's Esenyurt municipality, run by a local mayor from Erdogan's AKP, started to remove shopboards containing less than 75% Turkish script across municipality's border in line with the municipality's directives.
Esenyurt is known to host many Syrian refugees who started their kebab shops with Arabic script all around, making the district of Istanbul look like somewhere in the Middle East.

Islamists made these Syrians believe that Turkey was simply an 'all-Muslims land, and that Arabic was even better than Turkish since it was 'more Ottoman, while in reality Ottoman language was Turkish but Islamists are mostly ignorant people.

Turkey isn't Arabic country.

Anyway, last time I've seen Aksaray was full of Arabic signs and shopboards, I don't know if it's still the same, but I won't find it soon because I don't plan to revisit that shithole place.
