This is what occurs in Texas and many U.S. states. Corporations move to the South, hire 5000 non-white, non-degreed 25-50 somethings and pay them $9-13 an hour to replace whites who expect to make $18-24 an hour and used to at that same job. The corporations take that job and cut it ten ways with no benefits. Also these 5000 minorities that replace the 300 white previous workers receive no benefits as they do not actually work for the corporation, they work for a 'temp agency' which basically contracts them out to the corporation and takes a piece of the cut in the process, all the while doing away with any concept of benefits or the possibility of these people being hired on full-time. Why hire a full-time employee when you have a 5000 person army of contracted lower-class blacks/Mexicans/Indians/single mothers in your service with another 10,000 at the gates begging to undercut them for the position?
