Yeah, but has more freedom than Turkmenistan.

Turkmenistan is the North Korea that people forget it exists. Almost that. I love Turkmen culture, music, etc and I consider myself Turkmen mixed, but if you ask me if I would love being born there, no way. Tashkent looks like a nice city and despite all corruption, at least you're somewhat free.
